County Group Announces Rs 4,500 Crore Ultra-Luxury Project in Gurugram

NCR-based real estate developer County Group is set to develop an ultra-luxury residential project in Sector-88A, Gurugram, featuring an estimated gross development value (GDV) of Rs 4,500 crore.

Spanning approximately 24 acres across nine towers, the development is situated in New Gurugram’s emerging growth corridor and offers seamless connectivity to key destinations via the Dwarka Expressway and NH-48. The master plan emphasizes a pedestrian-first environment by restricting vehicular traffic largely to the periphery, fostering greener and quieter internal spaces. Construction is mapped out across four distinct phases. Additionally, the Group has stepped in to revive two stalled housing projects in the city—including Ashiana Landcraft secured through the NCLT process—thereby delivering approximately 2.6 million sq. ft. of saleable area and offering relief to nearly 400 delayed homebuyers.
